Should I buy a domain name that looks valuable, in order to resell it?

Many domainers just buy domain names and put them on auctions again hoping that someone else sees more value in it and will pay more so they can make a profit, but that way your profit is much smaller. My personal experience is that you should not buy premium domains just on a hunch, but rather first do some research, if you are really good at it you will find a few possible clients for that domain name and only then buy it and offer to resell it to potential clients. Use online business directories, Google Business, social media to search for clients. Contact them with offer and if needed try the phone too, but prepare a “ short presentation” why they should have the domain name you are offering. Sometimes it’s because the domain name matches their business perfectly, and sometimes it’s because they wanna buy it to block competition from getting that perfect domain or the domain name has strong traffic because of good keyword combination and they could redirect it to th

How do you create and sell domain names?

Selling domains can be done through domain name auction and marketplace websites (sedo.com, etc.) but you have to expect that they will take a cut of sales, and auctions are not the most profitable because you can’t expect big figure sales. A much better approach to selling a domain name is to research a possible market for it. Here is an example of what the process should look like: 1. Research current industry trends, for example: car automation is on the rise, virtual reality is somewhat of a thing, crypto currency and mining, to name a few obvious ones. If you are able to spot a niche technology or trend and beat others to it, then you could think of some domains in that niche, but also keep in mind: 2. Even before registering a domain, you should do some research of possible clients. Companies that would see buying that domain as a sort of investment. When you can find those, you will be making more serious profits. 3. Contact those companies by email and maybe even

Why can't I buy the domain name even if the domain has already expired?

The domain probably has some value so the moment it has expired GoDaddy has probably registered it and now they are preparing or are already auctioning it so you probably could look there but it won’t we the same price like for a newly registered domain name, it will be a fair bit higher. Having the example that the registrar was GoDaddu, visit GoDaddy Auctions and see if name is being auctioned off, before being released back to general pool. Try to put in a backorder for the name. Automated tools that monitor the domain name will try to buy it on your behalf at the exact moment the name gets released back. Eventually if the domain name has that much value, get it thrugh Auctions as a safer bet. Also anyone else can put in the backorder or purchase it during the auction and beat you out of the drop. When the name has value, most likely you will have some competition.

Benefit of having responsive design for your website.

You should be aware that, smartphones, tablets and other mobile device are now affordable even in third world countries. These devices with their sleek and user friendly interface enable the miracle of internet to people who did not have it before due to lack of computer or the knowledge of utilising a computer. Also in wealthy countries a trend of accessing the internet through mobile devices is replacing the habit of sitting in front of a desktop or laptop computer to do it. Now more than ever people are sitting at cafes, bars, even at work using their mobile devices tablets and smartphones, browsing internet, shopping, or just looking for any kind of stuff that might be the topic of the conversation. For many websites that wishes to keep up with this modern trend it is imperative to be able to display it’s content responsively and clearly on any kind of mobile device. Hence there is great need for responsive design solutions. The benefit is obvious - access to a much larger
